According to my belief these " Days" are created and declared and celebrated to make poeple aware of the things they are neglecting or ignoring !( Just think about all such days and you will realise.) And health is ofcourse one of the most neglected aspect of life ! Till the time something goes wrong we literally take our body so much for granted that we even refuse to come to the terms wondering, "How can this happen to me?" We easily tend to forget how ignorant we were to take its basic care,to provide its basic needs, how much have we abused it,how have we neglected the initial signals it was sending before the actual breakdown!
Yes,it's only we who are responsible for the maintenance of our health. And it doesn't need much efforts. It just needs some discipline, few good habits and regularity in following these and your job is done in less time and less money, too.
By health I do not mean only the physical health but mental, emotional and spiritual health, too. As our physical wellbeing depends upon how healthy we are emotionally, mentally and spiritually! It's all about positivity we inculcate, habits we cultivate, lifestyle we lead, thoughts we nurture and spread and the balance and peace we ultimately achieve by practicing all these things. The ultimate result is seen in your physical wellbeing. And belive me the control is totally in your hands,in your mind, in your thoughts. Once you are determined in your mind the actions easily follow and what you achieve is a healthy mind in a healthy body!
Remember health is wealth! And to create this wealth you need to invest daily, wisely all throughout your life. My message to all the generations is practice the following simple things and your job is done.
1) Spend sometime for selfcare- daily. It's important as well as necessary.
2) Do physical activity as your exercise- atleast half an hour daily.
3) Avoid gossip, negative thoughts and also poeple who have these habits. It disturbs your mind and spoils your relationships.
4) Avoid unhealthy competitions, comparison. Everyone is unique and does get his/ her share at the right time whenever and whatever he or she deserves. Believe in yourself.
5) Meet friends, share experiences, exchange ideas, creativity, confidence. Be enriched!
6) Always cultivate some hobby which will make you forget everything and everyone in the world. That's your true stress buster. Enjoy the bliss!
7) Be grateful for what you have. Don't crib or complain unnecessarily.
8) Just be yourself! Don't ever lose your identity or integrity.
